By making payment to Medium/Psychic Magdalena (Maggie) you acknowledge, understand and agree that the reading you will be receiving is for entertainment value only. You further agree and understand that while Magdalena is a genuine Medium and Psychic she channels all information through her "Mother In Spirit." and simply passes the information she receives directly to you.

You further agree by continuing with the payment process that you accept the information in the manner the information was provided for entertainment purposes only and hold Magdalena totally harmless from any and all liability of any nature whatsoever.  What you do with the information provided is your business and you agree that Magdalena will not be held responsible for any actions or, lack thereof taken by yourself or, other person based upon the information provided to you in the reading.

Payment:

Payment is made in advance of receiving any reading. Generally there are no refunds provided as everything is based upon Magdalena's time. As your reading is taking place and you feel that you are not getting true value for money then simply discontinue the reading.

Notwithstanding the paragraph above should such circumstances occur that you are dissatisfied, then please advise Magdalena of your concern for immediate resolution and a possible credit for another reading at a different time.

Payments are made in increments as shown on the web site and can be made by either of the payment methods shown for your convenience.

Derogatory Behavior

*     Any insults, bad behavior of any manner including foul or abusive language will not be permitted or, tolerated and you will be disconnected and subsequently banned from having subsequent readings.

Personal Meetings Or Home Locations

Please don't even consider asking Magdalena about her place of residence, telephone or, about personal meetings.

Stalking is a crime and any "Stalker" messages, threats of bodily injury or, any other kind of threats however meant or, implied are turned over to legal services and the police and are fully investigated.

FRAUD

*     Understand that Fraud is a criminal offense. Making payment for services rendered in good faith and then attempting to reverse such charges commonly known as "Charge Back" will not only hurt your credit but will prevent your ability to make additional purchases.

*     If you think you can purchase services, charge back, and do it again without negative consequences you are wrong.

Magdalena works with ISPs and Legal Agencies around the world and prosecutes in ALL instances of Credit Card and Online Checking fraud as well as Identity theft. Failure to comply with any of these circumstances as outlined above may result in termination of your account's) and privileges without warning.
